Slowing Down The Circle Of Life

What is a mother to do?  Kids seem to grow up faster than they used to these days.  Before you can even turn around they’re married with kids of their own.  My kids are no exception.  We only have one left at home.  My oldest son is living in an apartment in New York City and is hoping to go to law school next year.  My daughter is a junior in college and absolutely loves it!  Our youngest son will be in high school next year and while he hopes to continue to be a good student, he also wants to play amateur guitar in a band with a few of his buddies.

When our son was a eight years old we bought him a childrens electric guitar and he practically wore the thing out.
He basically taught himself and while he played pretty well, he never really learned proper technique.  My son says he wants a beginner electric guitar so he can learn from some of his friends as well as take courses online.  My husband didn’t want to spend the money right now but has since changed his mind.  Together we have begun looking at beginner electric guitars on websites that our son bookmarked for us.  I just hope that my son can slow down the aging process just a little bit so we can enjoy him a little while longer!
